Blindspotting

It's a wonderful experience to watch a movie depicting a local scene and feeling it's universal. I loved the humor and tragedy in Blindspotting. Some scenes are hard to watch and completely necessary.

La Guerre des Tuques ("The Dog Who Stopped the War")

Armistice Day

I have so many unanswered questions about what happened, how people felt, how did they managed to survive. Inevitably, there is also compassion towards those who sacrificed their life in that war and in any war.

"Drawn Together"

There will be a gallery show with many of my peers' work followed by an auction in 2019. The theme is "Drawn Together" and I got inspired by one of my favorite pictures from our family album. My Grandmother never feared getting sand in her shoes and on her pretty attires when she came for a family dinner or for babysitting.
