Drawing "as if from the Soul world" illustration for Pixar

I drew this illustration back in December 2020 for Pixar to celebrate the opening of Soul during the 2020 holidays. Brigitte Truong is a Multimedia Host and Producer and I drew her in the style of the "Soul world'. I have been following her on IG since I did the drawing and I hope to meet her one day! 

These drawings are always challenging to do. I am juggling with honoring the incredible and caring work that the concept artists did on the movie, making sure I respectfully and joyfully represent the person I am drawing and keep a dash of my own personality in it. In the end, the hard work pays off when I see the reaction of the people I do this for.  

Drawing a sea monster- Luca inspired illustration for Pixar

I drew this for Pixar, an illustration of a wonderful young lady as a sea monster as if she were in the movie Luca for International Friendship Day (July 30th). Channing is the daughter of Heather Brooker (Actress, Comedian, Entertainment Reporter and Emmy Award-winning journalist) and the illustration was shared on @theheatherbrooker 's social media last Friday.
